This is a website about my favourite foods.
I’m a big pasta fan, my two favourite dishes are Spaghetti Bolognaise and Traditional Lasagna with white sauce. How good is freash pasta Spaghetti Bolognaise: Focuses on a rich, meaty sauce twisted into long strands of pasta. It is quick to serve once the sauce is simmering. Traditional Lasagna: Combines layers of the same rich meat sauce with a velvety white sauce (béchamel). It is baked until topped cheese is all melted bubbly and crispy on the edges.
